Attribute wise, I no idea how to distribute yet. Neither is the increment per level as well.

Skills:

Shadow Haunt
Description:
Gul'thek manipulates the dark shadow magic, and place a curse of shadow on an enemy, damaging it over time.
Spell type:
Active, Damage Over Time, Debuff(Unstackable)
Effect:
Causes a debuff that deal damage over time. Increasing spell level causes more damage and last longer. Recasting on the same target that is already with this debuff only renew the debuff duration. May be casted on multiple targets.
Damage per sec:
10/13/16/19/22/25/28/31/34
Spell duration:
2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 sec

Curse of Weakness
Description:
Gul'thek's mastery of shadow magic included a series of curse that weakens his enemies and slow them down. Curse of Weakness is the strongest among those.
Spell Type:
Active, Debuff(Stackable)
Effect:
Causes a debuff that reduce afflicted foe's physical damage and armor, and causes it to miss on certain percentage. Curse may stack up to 5 times. Multiple target may be afflicted at the same time. Debuff duration renews when it stacks.

Demonic Ritual
Description:
As a warlock, Gul'thek is not the best demon master, but he is one of the strongest few. Strangely enough, demon that Gul'thek summoned possesses some shadow magic which Gul'thek taught them, making his demon a more formiddable foe.
Spell Type: Summon
Effect:
Summon a demon that it's stats is base on Gul'thek's stats. Demons have abilities base on level of Demonic Ritual. Demonic Ritual may summon a few kind of demons, which have different set of abilities. Higher level of Demonic Ritual allows up to a maximum of 4 type of demons to be summon. Demon duration last differently, and Demonic ritual cool down is 360 sec at all level.

Lv3: Firewave--> A ring of fire that slow nearby enemies around 300 AoE by 15%, 60 damage, last 4 sec, 20 sec CD, 110 mana.
Lv4: Improved Immolation--> 7 damage per sec
Lv5: Pulverize--> 15% chance on strike causes a 45 damage to AoE 125
Lv6: Improved Firewave--> AoE increased to 400, 85 damage, last 5 sec, 18 sec CD, slow more (25%), 150 mana.
Lv7: Instability--> Infernal explode into flames, dealing 400 damage to 350 AoE. Passive when Infernal dies.
Lv8: Greater Pulverize--> Pulverize chance increased to 25%, causes 75 damage to 175 AoE
Lv9: Demonic sacrifice--> Kills infernal, and restore 500 life and 100 mana to warlock, make it invulnerable for 5 sec, 450 mana.
Duration of Infernal:
60 seconds at all level.

Lv9: Mana Burn--> 75 mana, Burn 75 mana from the target. 5 sec CD.

Lv5: Immolate--> Burn an enemies, setting it into flame, causing 10 damage per sec for 10 sec, 120 mana.
Lv6: Lash of Pain--> Lash a foe with sharp claws, 100 damage to 1 target. 55 sec CD, melee range, 200 mana.
Lv7: Improved Terror--> AoE increased to 600, 75 damage, cause -2 armor for 6 sec, 17 sec CD, 180 mana.
Lv8: Improved Lash of Pain--> Damage increased to 175 damage, 150 range, 50 sec CD, 350 mana.
Lv9: Mass Immolate--> Improved of Immolation. Ignite all enemies in 350 AoE, dealing 20 damage/sec for 10 sec, 100 sec CD.
Duration of Succubus:
150 sec, each additional level of Demonic Summon give additional 10 sec to duration.

Lv2: Taunt--> Cause an enemy to attack Hell Guard. Last 7 sec, 10 mana, 2.5 sec CD, 300 range.
Lv3: Warstomp--> Stomp the ground, dealing 25 damage and stun nearby enemies for 2.5 sec, 21 sec CD, 90 Mana.
Lv4: Misdirection--> Autocast enabled. Causes Hell Guard to be the target of any harmful spell for 3 sec. 35 mana, 45 sec CD.
Lv5: Demon Armor--> Resistance of spell increased by 33%. Passive.
Lv6: Improved Hardened Armor--> Reduce incoming physical damage by 15 instead.
Lv7: Improved Misdirection--> Duration increased to 6 sec, 25 mana, 30 sec CD.
Lv8: Improved Taunt--> Causes 4 random enemies to target Hell Guard for 10 sec, 10 sec CD, 300 AoE.
Lv9: Fortitude--> Increase Hell Guard's maximum life by 25%.
Duration of Hell Guard:
30 sec. Every level of Demonic Summon increase duration by 10 sec.

Note:
*Infernal*
---> Serve as an AoE short range damaging DPS and tank for warlock. However, it's own DPS and tanking abilities is only decent if compared to Hell Guard in tanking or DPS when compared to Succubus. Nevertheless, infernal is still a good hybrid.
*Fel Hound*
---> Serve as a good player hunter. Most abilities are good against players, but however, Fel Hound really sucks in terms of any role, since it dies easily on most non-player mobs.
*Succubus*
---> The main DPS spell casting demon among warlock's demon. Succubus is fragile, very fragile. The only thing it can do is damage, damage, and more damage. Succubus dies easily, but often you find wonderous damage behind her paper life.
*Hell Guard*
---> Unlike Succubus, Hell Guard is very, very tough. It's the only demon that could reach 1000 HP easily, and have the toughest armor in the game, and worst damage among the demons. However, Hell Guard's ability in tanking surpass almost all, even players. But it's slow, very, very, very slow. To use it against player, it's going to be as useless as a radio without battery.
***Demons cannot leave Warlock's side for more than 500 range. If they do, they will be teleported back to warlock. The only exception is Fel Hound, which can go furthest for up to 2000 range, and Succubus, for up to 1000 range.



Ultimate Skill:

Curse Vindication
Skill type:
Active, 350 range.
Spell Manacost:
100/150/200/250/300/350 mana
Spell CD:
200 sec CD at all level
Description:
As a warlock, one always enjoy torturing his victim to death. However Gul'thek thought that sometimes, a straight death serve a better course... thus, he created a spell that decimate all curses and debuffs on an enemy unit... for a great price. The victim of Gul'thek's kind curse-repelling act would cost his dear life.
Effect:
Repel & instantly end all debuffs and curses on the target, and that target take instant damage base on the amount of debuffs & curses removed this way. After that, if target survived, it will be inflicted with the Vindicated Soul debuff that causes extra damage on that target. If that target die of this spell instantly, Gul'thek will be able to control it's soul temporary for 20 sec.
Spell damage:
35/40/45/50/55/60 damage per curse or debuff removed.
Debuff Duration:
3/4/5/6/7/8 sec
Casting time:
2 sec at all level.
